Strawberry Syrup

  • Yield: Makes 6 tablespoons
Strawberry Syrup

  • 3 cups hulled, quartered strawberries (1 pound)
  • 1/4 cup sugar


  1. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves and berries release their juices, 15 to 20 minutes. Strain syrup (do not press down on berries); discard solids. Refrigerate until cool.
