Baked Camembert with Fresh Fruit
Baking this creamy, French cheese in its box makes for an unusual presentation and easy cleanup.

- One 8-ounce round Camembert cheese in wooden container
- 2 apples, cut into wedges
- 2 pears, cut into wedges
- Assorted crackers, for serving
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove and discard box lid and paper wrapper. Return unwrapped cheese to box; place in oven. Bake until heated through and very soft, about 20 minutes. Place cheese in box on a serving platter, if desired, or scoop out and place on four serving plates. Serve immediately with fruit and crackers.
