Limeade for Cocktails


Freshly squeezed juice makes cocktails pop. Use this citrusy base in Three Amigos Cocktail, Pineapple-Basil Margaritas, Kiwifruit Caipiroska, and Lime Rickeys with Cilantro.

  • Yield: Makes 6 1/2 cups

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 1/2 cups fresh lime juice (from 25 limes)
  • 1/2 cup superfine sugar


  1. Combine water, lime juice, and sugar in a large pitcher.
