Spoon this glaze over our Pumpkin-Carrot Cake.
- 2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
- Pinch of coarse salt
In a medium bowl, stir together sugar, lemon and orange juices, and salt. Thin with additional juice if necessary (glaze should be consistency of heavy cream).
