Citrus Glaze for Pumpkin-Carrot Cake


Use this recipe to make our Citrus-Glazed Pumpkin-Carrot Cake.

  • 2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
  • Pinch of coarse salt


  1. In a medium bowl, stir together sugar, lemon and orange juices, and salt. Thin with additional juice if necessary (glaze should be consistency of heavy cream).
