Frittata with Ham and Spinach

Ham and eggs have always been companions and here they blend nicely with cheese in this frittata.

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup ricotta
  • 1/2 cup chopped ham

Yummy recipe!!! Just a suggestion, if you want to make it a bit more high-end for guests, use instead jamon iberico de bellota - aka pata negra or black hoof-. Iberico has a strong and delicious flavor, I buy mine from the market place for iberico ham.
