Bringing together tart and sweet, floral and fruity, this refreshing concoction owes its origin to the elderflower liqueur. Perfect for a summer get-together, it's guaranteed to delight.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounces fresh grapefruit juice, strained
  • 3 ounces St-Germain liqueur
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • Ice cubes
  • Prosecco
  • 2 grapefruit-rind twists

Directions

  1. Mix grapefruit juice, St-Germain, vodka, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into 2 chilled glasses. Top with Prosecco.

  2. Serve each with a grapefruit twist.

    You can even do a refreshing non-alcoholic version of this by subbing a couple teaspoons of elderflower syrup in place of St-Germain, and using a few ounces of Fevertree's Bitter Lemon in place of the vodka and prosecco.
