Everyday Food editor Sarah Carey shows you how to turn wonton wrappers into a chocolate-filled dessert.
Place confectioners' sugar in a medium bowl. In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium-high. Brush edges of each wonton wrapper with egg and place 1 teaspoon chocolate in center. Fold wrappers in half over chocolate and press edges firmly to seal. When oil is hot (an extra wonton wrapper should sizzle and float to top when added), fry wontons, four at a time, until golden brown and crisp, about 2 minutes, flipping occasionally. With a slotted spoon, transfer wontons to bowl with sugar and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
I usually copy and paste the recipes into Word if I want to save it on my computer, or I use www.printfriendly.com to print off the recipe. Simply copy and paste the URL and click on print preview. It will eliminate any advertisement.
I love Sarah's videos and recipes, but I can't print them
You just gave me an amazing idea how to use my wontons and chocolates! thanks so much
Still cannot print recipes. Why subscribe to second rate website. Martha should have a better handle on this. IT's been weeks. Come on what's the problem?
still no response as to why recipes cannot be printed.
