These were a big hit at the party I brought them too, and so easy! I cut the richness of the pb with a little light cream cheese (less than 1/4 c.). Still rich and sinfully tasty!

Delicious! The recipe makes only 12 pieces, though. I doubled it. Forming the balls would be easier if you chilled or froze the dough first. I chilled it for about 1/2 hour in the fridge, but it was still hard to work with.

These are a delicious salty-sweet treat! I "healthified" them here: http://cupcakesaremylife.blogspot.com/2011/12/healthier-pretzel-pb-truffles.html

These truffles are awesome! This is my favorite peanut butter dessert now. I used a mix of milk and dark chocolate and sprinkled just a bit of sea salt over the top. Easy and yummy.
I blogged these over at http://blackjackbakehouse.wordpress.com/2011/08/12/tom-petty-peanut-butter-pretzel-truffles/
    Thank you for the recipe!

so yummy! they were so easy to assemble and I already had all the ingredients in my pantry. I decided to keep the pretzel pieces large and used a mixture of milk and semisweet chocolate.
