Black Olive and Basil Power Pack

  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup basil, finely chopped
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, and serve on pork, chicken, or beef.
