Michelada

Have a cold drink at the ready when guests arrive to your Super Bowl party. This Mexican-influenced Michelada is made with beer spiked with Worcestershire, soy, and hot-pepper sauces. A squeeze of lime adds brightness to this refreshing beverage.

Ingredients

  • 8 lime wedges
  • Coarse salt
  • 8 bottles (12 ounces each) cold Mexican beer
  • 8 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • Hot-pepper sauce

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Rub rims of eight glasses with a lime wedge and dip rims in salt. Fill each glass with 1 bottle beer, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, and a couple dashes hot-pepper sauce. Stir and squeeze a lime wedge into each. Serve immediately.
