This Mexican-influenced Michelada puts a spicy spin on your favorite beer. A squeeze of lime adds zest to this refreshing beverage.

  • 8 lime wedges
  • Coarse salt
  • 8 bottles (12 ounces each) cold Mexican beer
  • 8 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • Hot-pepper sauce


  1. Rub rims of eight glasses with a lime wedge and dip rims in salt. Fill each glass with 1 bottle beer, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, and a couple dashes hot-pepper sauce. Stir and squeeze a lime wedge into each. Serve immediately.
