Spaghetti With Roasted Tomato Sauce

Instead of simmering them on the stove, roast the ingredients for the sauce together in the oven for a rich, smoky taste.

Spaghetti With Roasted Tomato Sauce

  1. Cook 3/4 pound spaghetti in a pot of boiling salted water until al dente, according to package instructions. Drain; return to pot.

  2. Toss pasta with 1 cup warmed Roasted Tomato Sauce. Divide among serving bowls, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
