Cheesy Breadcrumb Topping
This recipe for cheesy breadcrumb topping is courtesy of Susan Spicer and can be found in her cookbook, "Crescent City Cooking."
- 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Grana Padano or Parmesan cheese
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; set aside until ready to use.
