Cheesy Breadcrumb Topping


This recipe for cheesy breadcrumb topping is courtesy of Susan Spicer and can be found in her cookbook, "Crescent City Cooking."

  • 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Grana Padano or Parmesan cheese


  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; set aside until ready to use.
