Grilled Asparagus with Spring Onion Vinaigrette


This delicious asparagus is courtesy of chef Jimmy Bradley and goes perfectly with his recipe for Halibut with Grapefruit.

  1. Preheat a grill pan over high heat.

  2. Brush asparagus with olive oil and transfer to grill. Grill asparagus for 1 1/2 minutes; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve immediately drizzled with vinaigrette.
