Donnie's Sauteed Cabbage

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons organic unsalted butter
  • 6 cups red cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons maple syrup

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Melt butter in a medium-size pot. Add cabbage, cover, and cook on medium heat for 30 to 35 minutes. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking. Add maple syrup, and cook for 5 minutes more.
