This delicious cranberry protein smoothie recipe is courtesy of Lisa Lynn.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 2 scoops Lisa Lynn's Complete French Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 5 ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in the jar of a blender. Blend until well combined; serve immediately.

    Be careful using soy as your source of protein, especially when it is hydrogenated. This has been shown to leak nutrients from bones placing some at risk for bone disease such as osteoporosis.

    Surprisingly she did say not to use soy. And At GNC you can take used products back if you don't like them. That's in Michigan

    Protein powder is actually readily available. Once you look for it you will see it! Even in grocery stores- but I buy it at GNC usually (my son uses it more than I do!)
