Ingredients
- 2 ounces brandy
- 1 ounce Simple Syrup for Brandy Milk Punch
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 ounces milk
- Ice
- Freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish
Directions
- Place brandy, simple syrup, vanilla, and milk in a cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Strain mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with nutmeg and serve immediately.

The guest ladies on the show today (6-3-08) seemed liked they had already had a few morning cocktails before the show LOL!! One almost spilled the milk and they would goof up their lines. Is it any wonder the south never rose again.
If you click on the Simple Syrup for Brandy Milk Punch above, it says 2 cups sugar 2 cups boiling water. FYI
I simple syrup with 1 cup water to 2 cups sugar. Add about 3/4 ounce, but suit to taste.
I would probably say 1 ounce. More than that would be overpowering
