Baked Chicken

This recipe for baked chicken, which is delicious and very healthy, comes from Dr. Yvonne Butler.

Baked Chicken

  • 6 bone-in chicken breast halves, or 6 chicken thighs and wings, skin-on
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Season chicken with salt, Mrs. Dash, and pepper. Place on baking sheet and transfer to oven. Bake until golden brown and juices run clear, 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve immediately.
