Lime-Garlic Dipping Sauce
This sauce is perfect with our Vegetable Summer Rolls.
- Yield: Makes 1/2 cup

- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (from 2 limes)
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon unseasoned rice-wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red-pepper flakes
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Let stand at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
