Mocha-Chip Pudding


Fans of cafe mocha or mocha-chip ice cream will adore this pudding; use our Chocolate Pudding as a base.

  1. Dissolve 4 to 5 teaspoons instant espresso powder in 2 tablespoons boiling water; set aside until cool.

  2. Mix dissolved espresso into 1 recipe cooled Chocolate Pudding. Garnish with 1/4 cup miniature chocolate chips.
