Iced Martinis


Seltzer and ice take the edge off these martinis for a refreshing and relaxing cocktail.

  • 1 bottle chilled vodka (750 mL)
  • 2 cups chilled seltzer
  • 3/4 cup chilled dry vermouth
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: pimiento-stuffed olives with juice, lemon slices, or cucumber slices


  1. Stir together vodka, seltzer, and vermouth in a large pitcher. Pour into small ice-filled glasses. Garnish with olives and olive juice, lemons, or cucumbers.
