Pineapple Protein Shake

  • 2 scoops Lisa Lynn's French Vanilla Complete Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 5 ice cubes
  • Pineapple wedge, for garnish


  1. Add 1 cup cold water to the jar of a blender along with protein powder, pineapple, and ice. Blend until well combined; serve immediately garnished with pineapple wedge.
