Cranberry Syrup

Serve with Best Buttermilk Pancakes.

  • Yield: Makes 2 cups
Cranberry Syrup

  • 1 1/4 cups pure maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries, cleaned and picked over


  1. Place ingredients in a small saucepan, and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Let simmer, stirring occasionally, until berries pop, 8 to 10 minutes. Serve warm.
