- 1/4 cup coarse salt
- Zest of 1/2 lime, finely chopped
- Zest of 1/2 lemon, finely chopped
- Zest of 1/4 orange, finely chopped
Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl mixing until combined. Store salt in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
