  • Yield: Makes 1/4 cup
Citrus Salt

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup coarse salt
  • Zest of 1/2 lime, finely chopped
  • Zest of 1/2 lemon, finely chopped
  • Zest of 1/4 orange, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl mixing until combined. Store salt in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
