Kids' Smoothies

Kids' Smoothies


  • 1 banana, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup diced fresh or frozen fruit, such as pineapple, mango, papaya, strawberries
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup yogurt, milk, or ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice, optional if using frozen fruit
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup, optional


  1. Combine the banana, fruit, ice cubes, yogurt, juice, and honey in a blender. Process until smooth. Serve immediately.
