My family couldn't get enough of this beverage on Thanksgiving, especially the under-21 crowd who don't yet drink alcohol. I made the ginger syrup ahead of time and whipped up a pitcher of the drinks that day in no time.

My Thanksgiving day guests loved this drink and so did I! If you are fearful of the ginger syrup being too strong, then chop it into larger pieces before placing in simple syrup mixture. That?

where would i find such big crystallized ginger? i have some, but it's in a spice jar and more like nugget size.

I'm planning for a party the Sunday after Thanksgiving. Any suggestions would be time-saving and greatly appreciated! :)

Just had this drink at a MS event at Macy's and it was wonderful! It is very strong, so make sure you have lots of ice, even watered down it was great
