Orange Pinwheel Glaze
- Yield: Makes 3/4 cup

- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Increase heat to high, and bring mixture to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes more.
