Banana Yogurt Smoothie

What little girl doesn't have a soft spot for polka dots? They're colorful and playful -- and most of all, they're fun! With that in mind, celebrate a birthday by having everyone see spots.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons seedless raspberry jam, stirred until smooth
  • 8 bananas
  • 3 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 2 cups milk

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Paint jam circles on insides of drinking glasses with a small, unused paint brush. Let stand at least 20 minutes.

  2. Step 2

    Meanwhile, cut 4 bananas into chunks; place in blender. Add 1 1/2 cups yogurt and 1 cup apple juice. Blend until smooth, adding 1 cup milk to thin as it blends. Pour into jam-dotted glasses; repeat with remaining ingredients; serve immediately.
