- 1 medium red bell pepper, stem and seeds removed
- 1 medium red delicious apple
- 1 Valencia orange
- 1 medium carrot
- 2 ribs celery
- 3 broccoli florets
- 3 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 cup spinach, washed
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 cucumber
- 1/4 banana peel
Press all ingredients through a juice extractor and into a large measuring cup. Divide punch evenly between two 16-ounce glasses. Drink immediately.
