Superjuice

Ingredients

  • 1 medium red bell pepper, stem and seeds removed
  • 1 medium red delicious apple
  • 1 Valencia orange
  • 1 medium carrot
  • 2 ribs celery
  • 3 broccoli florets
  • 3 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 cup spinach, washed
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/4 banana peel

Directions

  1. Press all ingredients through a juice extractor and into a large measuring cup. Divide punch evenly between two 16-ounce glasses. Drink immediately.
