Raspberry-Lime Gin and Tonic

Try this fruity twist on a classic cocktail for a tasty evening drink. It features the natural sweetener Truvia, which provided the recipe. Also try: Burnt-Orange Highball, Watermelon-Ginger Sipper

  • 6 tablespoons fresh raspberries (about 10 raspberries)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Truvia natural sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Ice cubes
  • 6 tablespoons gin
  • Tonic water, to fill
  • 1 lime wedge, for garnish


  1. Place a small fine strainer over a highball glass. Press raspberries through the strainer into glass; discard solids. Add truvia and lime juice; stir to dissolve. Add ice cubes to glass. Add gin and tonic water; stir to combine. Serve garnished with a lime wedge.
