Hot or Iced Matcha Tea Latte

Martha's matcha tea latte is a healthy, delicious treat. It's a Good Thing.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • 1 cup milk

Directions

  1. Whisk together hot water and matcha powder in a small heatproof pitcher until matcha has dissolved. Add milk and, using the steam attachment on an espresso machine, warm and froth mixture. Serve hot or over ice.
