Light Cream-Cheese Icing
This creamy frosting is made with just two ingredients and can be whipped up in minutes. Spread it on cupcakes or between cookies.
- 3 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until light and fluffy. (To make without a mixer, sift sugar before stirring into cream cheese.)
