John Sierp's Garlic Oil
This recipe for garlic oil comes courtesy of John Sierp.
- Yield: Makes 2 cups
- 4 large cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cups extra-virgin olive oil
Combine garlic and olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat; simmer for 30 minutes. Strain through a fine sieve. May be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
