I made these for my husband's office and my daughter's teachers for Christmas. They were a wonderful success. The only thing I changed was the maple syrup. I exchanged it for Steen's Cane syrup...it is very popular here in Louisiana. You just can't stop eating them, thanks for the recipe.

I made a lower-carb version by using 1 stick butter, approx. 1 1/4 tsp cinnamon, approx. 10 tsp of Splenda, and two shakes of chili pepper. DELISH and great for diabetics in your life.

These pecans were a HUGE sucess! I made 5 pounds and the are all gone! Everyone raved over the pecans and wanted to know where I had bought them. I was very pleased to let them know they were homemade.

FOUND!!!! Right under the recipe's title and above the video, click on the PRINT radar button. Before hitting your browser's print icon, find "Download the Spiced Pecans Tag" to the right of the picture, click it and print it.

I emailed the Tech Support Group on Martha's Website regarding the Tag to be used for the Maple Spice Pecans. It appears that the tag template is now part of the recipe information. Yeah!!!

  • gnerren 15 Dec, 2008

What do you mean rscholte? Did you find the tags and/or template? Please share!

  • rscholte 15 Dec, 2008

I found the jars at 2 grocery stores. (Stater's and Albertson's) Inexpensive too. I was not able to find her stickers at Michael's though I did find just regular cute Christmas ones.

  • zuliblu 14 Dec, 2008

I ended up designing my own label. The pecans are yummy!!!! They were a big hit at the Christmas party I attended Friday night.

  • parentsoftwo 14 Dec, 2008

I reviewed Friday's show and the stickers are at Michaels; however, the gift tag is supposed to be on the website with the pre-printed receipe. I can't find it either. I made the Pecans and they are good.

  • brownje1 14 Dec, 2008

I would review the video from Thursday's show. I believe the gift tag and the stickers are available from the craft line at Michaels. They made some really cute gift tags on Wednesday's show.

  • dharmagal 13 Dec, 2008

Although the "Techies" did not include the label template for this recipe, I emailed MS's Customer Service asking them to post the item. With any luck they may take care of the error next week. I'm am sure the Techs do not work on the weekends. Let's hope for the best.

The Ball jars can be found in hardware stores, in the canning section or they can be bought online. Martha's stickers are sold at most Michael's stores or can be bought online at eBay.
