Quick Chipotle Cream

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
  • 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons adobo sauce (without chipotles)
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
  • Coarse salt and ground pepper

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together reduced-fat sour cream, adobo sauce, and milk; season with coarse salt and ground pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
