• 3 mint leaves
  • 1/4 lemon
  • 1 medium peach, sliced
  • 1 ounce water
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 ounces whiskey


  1. In a mixing glass, muddle all of the ingredients except the whiskey. Add whiskey and shake ingredients over ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and garnish with a sprig of fresh of mint and a slice of peach.
