My family loves this rub, we use it on chicken, ribs, porkchops, and we add baked brown beans, delicious. I have used this recipe since seeing it in TV. What a find! I have been recently diagnose with high blood pressure so I donn n n n n n t ass as much salt as I used to, sometimes I add a little garlic powder but that is the only addition I have made over the may years of making this rub. Thank-you, Thank-you, Thank-you

I have to agree with the previous comment. My husband and I use this rub on just about every kind of red meat you can think of and some!

This is the best rub for meats that I have ever found. I lost the recipe when my computer was shocked by lightening and I thought I could never get it back. Now I have found it and printed it out, I hope I never lose it again. Try it, you will enjoy on all types of meats.
