This origami sauce recipe is courtesy of Chris Bridges and is used to make his Origami Sea Bass.

- 3 tablespoons Shaoxing rice wine
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients with 1/4 cup water until well combined.
