Shaken Simple Syrup

This no-cook version has a pure sugar flavor that's perfect for cocktails. Try it in our Orange Daiquiri and Sunset Ember cocktails.

  • 1 cup pure cane sugar
  • 1 cup water


  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine sugar and water; shake until sugar dissolves, about 2 minutes. Syrup will keep, covered and refrigerated, for up to 1 month.
