Yogurt Sauce with Herbs and Apple

Serve this sauce with our Salmon Cakes.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and grated
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon coarsely chopped fresh mint
  • Coarse salt and ground pepper

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Stir together yogurt, apple, lemon juice, cilantro, and mint. Season with salt and pepper.
