Sesame-Cilantro Dipping Sauce
Use this recipe when making our Li's Steamed Chinese Chicken.
- Yield: Makes about 1/3 cup

- 1/4 cup rice-wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon red-pepper flakes
Add all ingredients to a small bowl. Stir to combine.
