If you don't own a juice extractor, use a food processor or blender to puree fruit, then pass the puree through a fine sieve.

This juice sounds delicious. My girlfriend and I don't have a juice extractor but I think I could process the honeydew in our small food processor and get the juice out and the same with the kiwi. I've never heard of simple syrup and I hope we can get it at the grocery store. We're on a limited budget so I hope the simple syrup doesn't cost much. I'd love to try this recipe because I love kiwis and honeydew.
