Combine oil, herbs, red-pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Drizzle over mozzarella. Let stand for at least 20 minutes (or up to 1 hour). Serve with olives, crackers, bread, and cured meats.
Cook's Note
You can substitute whole bocconcini (tiny balls of fresh mozzarella) for the sliced mozzarella.
These herbs definitely add to the flavor of mozzarella cheese so much. This is the first time that i heard of this before. I see this making the cheese jump out so much here. I just love it.

This is a great appetizer!! I paired this with a cut up loaf of italian bread and basil infused dipping oil. The result was a satisfy and perfectly plated appetizer. I highly recommend this. It is easy to prepare. You may also want to add an small bowl of italian marinated olives....it makes for a great presentation.
This I will try. Sound delicioso.
