Sugar Snap Peas with Sesame

This is one of Ina Garten's best sellers at her Barefoot Contessa gourmet food store in East Hampton, New York.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sugar-snap peas
  • Dark sesame oil
  • Black sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Remove and discard stem end and string from each pea pod. In a large bowl, toss snap peas with enough sesame oil to lightly coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds to garnish, and serve at room temperature.
