Bleeding Chocolate Glaze

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 10 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped

Directions

  1. Step 1

    Stir together cream and honey in a small saucepan; bring just to a boil. Remove from heat. Add chocolate; stir until smooth.
