Lime Shandies

Serve this super-refreshing British pub drink along with our crunchy, creamy 8-Layer Dip all summer long.

Lime Shandies

  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 4 teaspoons sugar
  • 4 light-bodied beers, such as pilsner
  • Lime wedges, for garnish


  1. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and sugar until sugar dissolves. Divide mixture among 4 tall glasses and top with beer. Garnish each with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
