Spicy Olive Oil


Add this spicy olive oil to linguine with clams, two recipes that are from "Lucinda's Rustic Italian Kitchen," by Lucinda Scala Quinn

  • Yield: Makes 1/4 cup

  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes


  1. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil and red pepper flakes. Let stand at least 3 hours before using.
