Carrot-Ginger Smoothie

Create your own juice bar at home with this energizing breakfast drink.

  • 1 banana, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup bottled carrot juice
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 3/4-inch piece peeled fresh ginger, coarsely chopped


  1. Puree all ingredients in a blender.
