- 1/2 cup low-fat or nonfat plain yogurt
- 1 pound (about 2 cups) chopped cantaloupe (from a 1 1/2-pound cantaloupe)
Combine yogurt and cantaloupe in a blender; blend until smooth. Chill in an airtight container, and use within 1 day.
