Kitty O'Shea Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon nicoise olives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped oven-dried tomatoes
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper


  1. In a small bowl whisk together mayonnaise, capers, olives, and dried tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
