Simple Syrup for Crash Cocktail

  • Yield: Makes about 2 1/2 cups


  • 3 cups super fine sugar


  1. Combine sugar and 1 cup water in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat, and transfer to a medium bowl. Set aside until cooled. Store refrigerated in an airtight container, up to 1 month.
